David currently serves as the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Joy for Children Uganda (JFCU), a position he has held since 2021. David Bizimana has experience in designing, implementing, and managing M&E systems for development programs across Africa. He holds a Master’s Degree in Social Sector Planning and Management from Makerere University, a Master’s in Population and Reproductive Health from the same institution, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics from Makerere University. He also possesses a Diploma in Public Administration and Policy Development and Management (University of Manchester), alongside several professional certifications, including Monitoring, Learning and Results-Based Finance (World Bank/BRAC University), ODK/GIS (MUK), and Social Behavioral Research Best Practices for Clinical Research (Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, USA).
