PROGRAM OFFICER Uganda Secondary School Expansion Project (Kiryandongo Cluster)

Otim Richard is a Ugandan educationist currently serving as a Program Officer with Joy for Children Uganda (JFCU) under the Uganda Secondary School Expansion Project (USSEP) – Kiryandondo  Cluster. He brings extensive experience in designing and implementing education and child protection programs that improve opportunities for vulnerable and marginalized communities. He is skilled in developing and delivering trainings, providing psychosocial support, and promoting life skills and income-generating opportunities for young people affected by conflict and poverty. Richard attended  Kitante Hill School in Kampala for his O-Level and A-Level studies. He holds a Diploma in Secondary Education from Kyambogo University, a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Gulu University, and a Certificate in Child Protection from Makerere University. . Richard is a passionate advocate for supporting vulnerable children, especially young mothers, to achieve their full potential and build sustainable futures.
